Enochian Deities and Hierarchies by Gerald and Betty Scheuler

Enochian Magick denies the existence of a personal, absolute Deity, or God. Instead, the Enochian view of God agrees with the Buddhist teaching of a plurality of deities, with none supreme. The word supreme implies an end beyond which we cannot go; Enochian Physics accepts no such limitations. Existence is infinite and unbounded. Insights

Your path to learning can help you more in the future if you are able to look back on it. Ask yourself questions, and write your responses in a section of personal insights. As opposed to a daily journal, this will not record actual events, but instead, will help you to reflect on theories and thoughts. Think about how you began on this path, reconsider your ways of life, think about the wonders of reality, write a little on what Wicca means to you and how it’s changed your outlook on life. Anything goes. And you can always return to a previous insight, and add what new views you’ve stumbled upon! Don’t forget to write the time/date on each entry!

In the 1950s scientists discovered that versatile alpha-lipoic acid (also known as thioctic acid or simply lipoic acid) worked with enzymes throughout the body to speed the processes involved in energy production. More recently, in the late 1980s, researchers found that alpha-lipoic acid can be a powerful antioxidant as well, neutralizing naturally occurring, highly reactive molecules called free radicals that can damage cells. Although the body manufactures it in minute amounts, alpha-lipoic acid is mainly present in foods such as spinach, meats (especially liver), and brewer’s yeast. It’s difficult, however, to obtain therapeutic amounts of this substance through diet alone. Instead, many experts recommend using supplements to get the full benefits of alpha-lipoic acid.
