0.5 oz Willamette hops (15 mins flavor)
1 oz Cascade hops (1 min aroma)
1 tsp. Irish Moss (15 mins)
Wyeast 1968 London ESB or White Labs WLP002 English Ale
1 ¼ cup muntons extra dry DME for priming
